All prices are in Australian dollars - please click here for currency converter - and include a Goods and Services Tax (GST). All prices advertised are inclusive of all taxes applicable to the respective countries that the product is being delivered in. This is a broad based tax on consumption, which applies to the supply of most goods and services.
Once payment has been received we aim to process orders within 3 working days to ensure that orders are with customers within 10 working days. If for any reason a product is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of when it should arrive to enable us to complete your order, you will also be given the option to substitute with an item of equal or greater value or to cancel your order. For multiple orders, if the delay will be significant, we will offer separate shipping for in-stock items.
Ordering
Ordering is simple. You may order by:

Simply browse the pages of our shop by clicking on the items that interest you. Once you are ready to order, just click on the shopping cart symbol to add the product to your shopping list. Items can be added or deleted as desired once you are happy with your order simply click on checkout and you will be taken to the Payment Options screen to finalise your order.
PHONE/FAX ORDERS
You may also choose to order over the phone. Simply call or fax us on +61 3 9502 3098 the office is staffed Monday to Friday 10.30am – 2.30pm Australian EST (if there is no reply please leave a message and we will call you back) with your selection and credit card details and we will happily process your order for you. Shipping
Product costs as shown on this website do not include freight costs. For orders outside of Australia please contact us before placing your order and we will calculate your shipping costs.
We use regular parcel post but are happy to use express post on request (this may cost more than regular parcel post). We charge a flat rate of $9.50 up to the value of $200, once an order exceeds $200 the postage will be charged at 10% of the total cost of the order. If the delivery costs of an order exceeds the amount automatically generated on the website we will contact you (the customer) to make arrangements to cover the cost of delivery.
Delivery of goods will usually take between five and ten working days in Australia and between 7 and 14 (but please do allow 28) working days for international deliveries. This time frame may vary according to the area the goods are being delivered to (particularly rural areas).
Please provide accurate address details when placing an order. If you have provided the incorrect delivery address, we will need to charge you for the postage for the second delivery processed for those products. Any products which have been damaged from this extended time in transit may also require us to charge you for new products of the same variety in the second delivery.
Returns Policy

BEFORE sending the parcel back and we will arrange to refund your payment (including the original freight and the cost of sending the goods back to us) after inspection of the goods. All returns made without authorisation will not be honoured.
Exchanges - we will happily exchange your product for goods to the same value minus delivery charges, provided they are returned to us in the original condition (unopened) within 30 days of original purchase. You may exchange for higher priced items by paying the balance however we are unable to refund if you choose a cheaper item.
